Business Development Manager

Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a Sales Executive based in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sales processes, closing deals, and planning your daily schedule to connect with existing and prospective customers. Your goal is to drive business growth and achieve remarkable revenue results.
In this role, you will:
- Foster Strong Relationships: Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, and generate new business across all product categories.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Fill sales applications, collect necessary legal documents, and submit orders based on price lists.
- Meet Sales Targets: Approach new customers within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
- Monitor Market Trends: Implement sales activities, such as new launches and promotions, to increase market share.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer inventory and prepare replenishment orders as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- A solid understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
