Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Jazeera Airways. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our revenue by building strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role:- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for the company.
- Address and resolve key clients' complaints and provide timely and effective customer care and after-sales service.
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with key clients to understand their businesses and requirements.
- Prepare reports and statistics for the development of sales.
- Review sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Gather market and competitor information and provide management with relevant intelligence.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and events.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in key account management in UAE.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an added advantage.
The estimated salary for this role is AED 180,000 - AED 250,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and career development opportunities.
