About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage the overall operations of Medtronic in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving commercial objectives, managing the P&L, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement country and account-level strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
  • Identify new revenue and commercial opportunities and address potential blind spots to ensure comprehensive Medtronic representation.
  • Support the region and IC lead teams whenever required.
  • Liaise with other enablers to drive EMEA RLM-wide strategies for IM.
  • Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional projects and information exchange with Strategic Marketing Enterprise (SME) team.
  • Lead regular business reviews (BR) with all distributors and control the execution of contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English, with Arabic fluency an advantage.
  • Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
