Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to manage distributors of allocated markets, contributing to the topline and bottom-line growth of the zone and the CBU. The ideal candidate will have around 6 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Key Account Management, and trade marketing within a strong multinational FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build joint business plans with distributors and pilot excellence in execution
  • Work hand-in-hand with distributors to maximize business growth
  • Manage diverse sales channels, including off-premise and away-from-home
  • Negotiate trade terms with partners, including volume targets, rebates, and price changes
  • Develop business plans, identifying key levers to grow the business and share/align with partners
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities for channels
  • Ensure and challenge resources needed to execute plans, including partners' organization and investments
  • Implement trade marketing strategy and recommend market needs
  • Closely follow up on distributor performance, including KPI monitoring, market visits, and reports
