Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Prepare the Design of Service (DOS) which includes what we will sell, such as Total Cost of Ownership, competency management, crew rotation, and deployer usage for client interface.
  • Upload approved timesheets on ERP as per monthly set deadlines.
  • Conduct weekly client activity levels with a view to discussing solutions with clients to reduce their burden, leading to our growth.
  • Provide on-ground support as needed to ensure POs are in place for invoice approvals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare reports on account status and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
