Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively managing and qualifying accounts in your assigned territory through disciplined phone call campaigns. You will maintain accurate customer account and contact information to help in targeting assigned customers for sales and promotions.

You will promote all aspects of our dealership, including selling Machines (New/Used), Material Handling (Lift Trucks), and Rental services. You will document all achievements in terms of customer calls and other activities in our CRM system.

Develop and qualify leads for Equipment or Material Handling and communicate with the Sales Manager for further action. Maintain a strong positive relationship with customers and fellow employees.

Promote Sales Campaigns and Events and identify sales opportunities. Follow up with customers directly until closure, or with the support of the sales manager.

Achieve sales and coverage targets agreed as per the Annual business plan. Promote and conduct business professionally in order to protect the integrity of Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.
