Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our school services, including sponsorships, facility rentals, and corporate sales. Key responsibilities include:

Contacting new and existing customers to promote various school services using scripts

Sending emails to potential prospects explaining our school services to general new sales inquiries

Generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the business development team

Accurately recording details of inquiries, follow-up calls, and next steps in the CRM

Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities

Scheduling minimum ten potential meetings per week for sponsorships, facility rentals, DAS academy corporate sales, and new launch products/services

Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and meetings

Sending daily sales activity reports

Reviewing pending inquiries and specific customer requests to ensure timely follow-ups

Communicating important feedback from customers to the business development team

Estimated Salary
KWD 2,500 - KWD 3,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a sales assistant/representative or other sales/customer service role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and hands-on experience with CRM systems are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking skills, analytical and multitasking skills, and an in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
