Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular visits to prospect customers and identify business opportunities to acquire new customers for Doroob.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and cross-selling to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote Doroob's products and services to all prospective customers in the database identified.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers by building strong customer relations and communication to ensure that customers' needs are recognized and met.
• Identify competitor clients' information on a regular basis and develop an effective approach to collect and identify competitor clients' names.
• Ensure other KPIs like revenue, new business, activated wins, and visits are achieved as per targets.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports or other reports defined or requested by the management in a timely manner.
