Senior Sales Professional for Convene Meeting and Collaboration Solution

Azeus Systems Limited is a pioneering technology firm that has established itself as a leader in the global market. Our product, Convene, is a cutting-edge meeting and collaboration solution designed to cater to the needs of Boards and Senior Leadership Teams.
With a growing client base spanning over 100 countries, we have expanded our global footprint significantly. To further accelerate our growth, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our sales force.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently achieving assigned targets through proactive business development and sales strategies. This includes conducting effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients.
We require a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently achieve assigned targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
- Educational background in Business Management (Computer Science background is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent academic record with a minimum of 70% throughout.
- Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
This role requires significant interaction with clients/prospective clients, partners, and Azeus personnel, which may be face-to-face or using other communications media. The candidate must be willing to travel within the GCC region.
