About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth in a consultative selling role. With a strong understanding of the company's products and services, you will be responsible for actively generating leads, contacting prospective clients, and promoting the company's offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Fully comprehend the group's products and services
  • Determine any training requirements clearly and communicate them to senior management
  • Understand the services being offered and their benefits to potential clients
  • Grasp the group structure and company role
Sales:
  • Sources leads and identifies new potential clients
  • Conducts research on target companies using various resources
  • Contact business leads to schedule meetings via email and telephone
  • Meets clients face-to-face to present the company's products and services
  • Follows up with clients through multiple channels
  • Develops ideas for new product offerings and sales methods
  • Identifies new target markets and opportunities for the company
  • Creates proposals and conducts contract negotiations
  • Closes sales effectively
Reporting & Management:
  • Achieves set KPIs and revenue targets
  • Presents accurate and timely weekly reports or progress reports as requested
  • Maintains records of leads, contacts, opportunities, proposals, and revenue
  • Reports any issues clearly and in detail to direct management
  • Trains and mentors new employees as needed

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a consultative selling role. A strong understanding of the region and excellent presentation skills are also essential.
