Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative at Doroob, you will be responsible for visiting prospect customers and collecting leads and customer information. You will maintain and develop customer revenue within your assigned area, ensuring an increase in customer and trading database by signing new contracts and convincing customers to trade. You will also ensure customer retention is maintained by visits, solving issues of customers, cross-selling, and using different methods to improve customer satisfaction, experience, and loyalty. Additionally, you will promote Doroob products and services to all prospective customers in the database identified. You will manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers through building strong customer relations and communication to ensure that customers' needs are recognized and met. You will also develop and implement an effective approach to collect and identify competitor clients' names and information on a regular basis. You will send quotations and proposals to clients and follow up on new prospects business or contract closure on a regular basis. You will establish customer agreements and ensure that pricing guidelines and discount matrix are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. You will identify business opportunities, assess customer needs, and match these with Doroob services to acquire new business. You will ensure other KPIs like revenue, new business, activated wins, and visits are achieved as per targets. You will also ensure that customer prices are reviewed regularly and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes, a re-negotiation takes place. Finally, you will provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports or other reports defined or requested by the management in a timely manner.
