At Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Bahar, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the dynamic Food & Beverage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our key clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
