Regional Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and qualifying accounts within their assigned territory, promoting sales and rental services for material handling equipment and machines.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and qualify the accounts in his/her assigned territory by contacting customers through disciplined phone call campaigns and updating customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain consistent contact with customers through regular calls, achieving targeted call numbers per week, and ensuring accurate customer account and contact information.
- Promote all aspects of the Dealership, including new and used machine sales, material handling equipment, and rental services.
- Document customer calls and activities, update customer opportunities, and track specific account and territory goals in the CRM system.
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Salary and Benefits:The salary for this position is estimated at KD 1,800 - KD 2,500 per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
