Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Fluency in Arabic language is required

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of AED 25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
