Job Description

The main objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operation of the division, including developing and executing strategies to grow the division in general.

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to grow the division.
  • Identifying possible ways to improve the company's seller base, selection, and revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and leading a team of salespersons and associates who will manage the day-to-day activities of marketplace clients.
  • Working cross-functionally with various members of Souq's operations and technology teams, account management and marketing teams, and client contacts to achieve business objectives.
