About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Chocomelt. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving franchise growth and ensuring the long-term success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant operations and business metrics, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Growth:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive franchise growth and sales.
- Collaborate with franchisees to identify opportunities for expansion and implement plans to achieve these goals.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to franchisees.
Operational Support:
- Provide operational support and guidance to franchisees, addressing any challenges or issues that arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our support programs to ensure optimal results for our franchisees.
Communication & Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, building trust and credibility through open and transparent communication.
- Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly review and analyze franchise performance data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable advice.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and business metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations as required.
