With over 4,500 employees across nine countries, we serve more than 27,000 brands and 50,000 outlets through our meal delivery service. Our q-commerce concept, Talabat Mart, offers same-day grocery delivery within 30 minutes or less to Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for discovering new business opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and driving sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion. You will work closely with partners to maintain a robust commercial relationship, provide exceptional support, and resolve operational issues. Your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring clients' menus are up-to-date
  • Maximizing partner content, including menu offerings and delivery times
  • Negotiating commission rates with partners
  • Establishing new business ties through strategic offer renegotiation
  • Purchasing and maintaining brand images, Talabat stickers, banners, and newsletters
  • Optimizing the 'gearbox technique' by encouraging partners to utilize the track order feature and transition to WLA
  • Persuading partners to accept promotional offers and incentives
  • Encouraging partners to integrate online payment gateways
  • Coordinating with active partners on the Talabat application to address any issues

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales within the IT sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data collection, tracking, and analysis
  • Adaptability and superior problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Commitment to coaching and building highly productive teams
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
