Job Description

The Sales and Partnerships Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail partners.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with retail partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and order volume for retail partners.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operational processes for retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
