Events Sales Executive The Events Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing sales for event-related services, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate various event services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities within the events industry. Use cold calling, networking, and email campaigns to generate leads. Client Consultation and Proposal Development: Meet with clients to understand their event needs, budgets, and requirements. Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing packages. Sales and Negotiation: Close sales and negotiate terms, pricing, and packages that align with client budgets. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Event Coordination and Management: Act as the primary contact for clients during the sales and event planning process. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful event execution. Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after the event. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, Interior Design or related field.2+ years of experience in sales or event management roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Knowledge of event industry trends, venues, and logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in specific event segments (e.g., corporate events, weddings). Familiarity with stage and theatrical design, venue analysis, and floor planning.
