Senior Business Development Representative

Job Description:
The Key Account Salesman plays a pivotal role in the food and beverage production industry, focusing on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, ensuring that client needs are met while driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage sector
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and benefits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to key accounts
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to track progress against targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's products
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG)
- Kuwait driving license
- BA degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
