Imdad seeks an accomplished Senior Product Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the aesthetic injectables market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work at pace and juggle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Developing Junior Staff: Coach junior team members on market trends, customer needs, and product offerings to help them succeed in their sales roles.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and customer personnel to enhance sales and generate new business opportunities.
  • Promoting Imdad's Products: Visit clinics regularly, collect sales orders, and promote Imdad's Aesthetic Injectables products to new and existing customers.
  • Collecting Sales Data and Generating Reports: Compile sales data and submit timely reports on sales activities, competitor events, and commercial policies.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute Imdad's injectables business unit activities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in pharmaceutical science or any scientific related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a medical-related field, with a focus on aesthetic injectables.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is mandatory.
