Job Description:

The Sales Manager role at Al Hafez Trading Company is a full-time position based in Hawally. This key role is responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to achieve targets, and maintaining relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2C section by setting appropriate route plans and ensuring that sales representatives perform their scheduled marketing visits to retailers, resellers, and cooperative branches.
  • Monitor, update, and evaluate the performance of representatives to ensure set targets are met.
  • Conduct independent and co-visit customers periodically.
  • Prepare market updates and quarterly presentations to update and forecast sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Sales management, business development, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in oil & lubricants.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
