Service Administrator

As a Professional Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Professional Services team through Roche Field Service solutions. This role involves providing back-office support, collaborating with the Service Team Leader, and managing spare parts and document flow between Roche and customers.
Responsibilities- Provide back-office support to the Professional Services team, including case creation and dispatching to assigned personnel.
- Collaborate with the Service Team Leader to prepare necessary documents and schedule instrument implementations with customers.
- Manage spare parts, including ordering, inventory management, and collaborating with supply chain for order follow-ups.
- Liaise with various teams to prepare and send necessary documents to field engineers.
- Collaborate with business partners to track daily pending issues and manage reminders.
- Monitor and update internal systems cases for field engineers, and archive service documents.
- Manage document flow between Roche and customers, including contracts, proposals, and repair requests.
- Control the numbering, sorting, and retrieval of documents produced by the technical team or department.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business Administration, or a related area.
- Early stage in career, with a preference for fresh graduates.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare system is preferred.
- Excellent communication and innovative skills.
- Proficient in English.
