Job Summary

The ADPE/Service Desk Administrator is a critical role within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Windows desktop and server operating systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and maintain network printers, as well as install and configure network connectivity.
  • Join client computers to Microsoft Active Directory domains and configure Microsoft Outlook.
  • Perform daily administration of Exchange 200X servers and Outlook Web Access.
  • Install, configure, and maintain security software on military computer systems.
  • Repair and maintain desktop and laptop hardware.
  • Monitor and maintain systems availability, performing regular maintenance on equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
  • At least one (1) baseline certification and one (1) computing environment (CE) certification, such as A+ CE, CASP, CCNA Security, CISA, CISSP, or MCSA: Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Working Environment

The work environment will be 95% indoor and 5% outdoor, with the outdoor work environment potentially exceeding temperatures of 100 F. The candidate must be able to physically withstand extreme heat.
