Service Desk Administrator

At Vectrus, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to and resolve computer, printer, and network issues
- Work closely with site Information Management Officers (IMO) to ensure efficient use of Service Desk resources
- Assist IMO with daily functions of computer, network, and software management
- Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in a Service Desk environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and technical ability
- Company-paid housing and transportation
