Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our managers, including calendar management, email handling, and phone coverage.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Compose responses to routine correspondence on behalf of managers.
  • Prepare general correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Manage travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Coordinate diaries, arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Handle telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain Department Register, record sickness, holidays, business trips, and courses.
  • Maintain an effective filing system.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Nationality: Filipino, Indian, Egyptian, Jordanian.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in General Secretary.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or PA for at least 3 years.
  • Excellent secretarial and communication skills.
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good customer service orientation.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Enjoys fast-paced, multi-tasking, and multicultural work environments.
