Job OverviewWe are a professional services firm committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and contributing to our success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our managers, including calendar management, email handling, and phone coverage.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of meeting minutes.
- Compose responses to routine correspondence on behalf of managers.
- Prepare general correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Manage travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and restaurants.
- Coordinate diaries, arrange internal and external meetings.
- Handle telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain Department Register, record sickness, holidays, business trips, and courses.
- Maintain an effective filing system.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Nationality: Filipino, Indian, Egyptian, Jordanian.
- Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in General Secretary.
- Proven experience as a Secretary or PA for at least 3 years.
- Excellent secretarial and communication skills.
- Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Enjoys fast-paced, multi-tasking, and multicultural work environments.
