Join Vectrus, a leading provider of mission-critical services and solutions to the US government and its allies. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Kuwait.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled individual to provide advanced technical support to our clients in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems, software, and hardware, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients in Kuwait, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of information systems, software, and hardware, including Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory and domain, WINS, DNS, print queues, and database systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Security+, A+, Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator or Server+ certification.
  • Experience with DoD network policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of DOD network policies and security protocols.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to client sites. The position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
