Role Overview

Salt is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead the growth of our business in Kuwait and Jordan. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with leading cybersecurity technologies and be part of a highly successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify new business prospects in Kuwait and Jordan through thorough market research and networking
* Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity, including emerging trends and technologies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements and addressing their needs
* Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies, leveraging technical expertise to offer advice on solutions
* Manage a portfolio of vendors, fostering partnerships that drive business growth
* Forecast accurate pipeline and achieve set targets, ensuring continuous improvement and success

Requirements:

* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets as a new business hunter in the cybersecurity solution sales space
* At least 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity solution sales, with a focus on channel partnerships or direct client engagement
* Strong connections to customers across Government, Oil & Gas, Banking, Education in Kuwait and Jordan, as well as experience managing partners
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build long-lasting relationships
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and success
