Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team as a Showroom Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our showroom.
About the Role:
- We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
- As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead our showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles to customers.
- You will also develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- In addition, you will manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
