Senior Business Development Manager

The United Beverage Company K.S.C.C is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively to drive revenue growth.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients showcasing our products and services, highlighting the value we bring to their businesses.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Account Management Experience: Proven track record in account management or sales, with a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food and Beverage Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- CRM Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales growth.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
