
Administrative Sales Coordinator

As a key member of our sales team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. This role involves handling correspondence, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with clients to enhance overall sales efficiency.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our sales department. Your duties will include handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries; preparing and maintaining sales reports, proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents; coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales executives; maintaining an organized database of clients, leads, and sales activities; assisting in processing orders, invoices, and sales-related documentation; communicating with customers to provide updates, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries; and supporting marketing and promotional activities related to sales efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role. You must have strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
