The Job in a Nutshell
Foodics is looking for a Sales Coordinator with a passion for exceeding ambitious targets. This position will focus on outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing for our products. You will be responsible for working closely with marketing teams to generate meetings from nurturing deals, tracking and improving sales activities, and working on churned clients to re-engage and acquire new leads.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to extract meetings from nurturing deals in the pipeline through visual content or tailored commercials.
- Track Sales Metrics: Monitor key sales metrics such as pipeline health, outbound activities, and number of meetings. Ensure sales reps maintain a pipeline 4x the target and meet performance goals.
- Active on Sales Tools: Utilize tools like Lusha, Kaspr, and Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential leads and clients.
- Churned Client Outreach: Engage with churned clients and make outbound calls to generate new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads throughout the sales funnel, moving them toward closure while providing continuous updates on progress.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use CRM systems to track customer interactions, monitor sales activities, and provide detailed reports to improve strategies.
- Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product features and advanced sales techniques.
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or FMCG industries. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track metrics and data, driving actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using sales tools like Lusha, Kaspr, and Sales Navigator.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for technology and a deep drive to succeed in sales.
- SaaS or Technology Experience: Previous experience in SaaS, tech, or F&B industries is highly beneficial.
- Sales Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach to closing deals.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a focus on growing both personal and company success.
- Churn Management: Experience working with churned clients and generating new leads from past customers is a plus.
