HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L seeks an experienced Healthcare Administrator Coordinator to manage administrative responsibilities. This role involves working closely with government officials, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with government institutions to ensure task completion.
  2. Prepare and type correspondence, including letters and memos.
  3. Manage and update data, ensuring a well-maintained filing system.
  4. Organize and prepare ministry files and invoices.
  5. Verify product registration compliance.
  6. Daily check-ins with ministries to confirm timely listings.
  7. Proper handling of clearance shipment invoices.
  8. Assist the department with administrative tasks.
  9. Maintain stationery supplies.
Requirements:

Applicants should have strong typing skills in Arabic and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
