Sales Professional for Kuwait Outdoor Projects

As a Sales Professional at Alghanim Industries, you will play a crucial role in securing outdoor projects across Kuwait. You will cultivate connections with key decision-makers, such as architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers, to understand their technical needs and present compelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure contracts by working directly with project stakeholders in outdoor locations across Kuwait.
• Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts in the Kuwaiti construction and landscaping sector.
• Present proposals, address concerns, and secure project wins within budget and timeline constraints.
• Oversee sales orders, coordinate logistics with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on progress, developing and implementing strategies to exceed monthly sales targets in volume, value, and margin.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the construction or sanitary and tiles industry.
• Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid Kuwait driving license is essential.
