A Career within Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the Enterprise sector, working closely with our channel resellers and key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evanlize our cutting-edge all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to ensure customers understand the total value proposition.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to establish Pure's value, driving the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of sales activity to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be based in Kuwait (ideally Kuwait City) and possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Avoident authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
  • Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset to position Pure's portfolio as a solution to persistent problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, to build and deepen relationships with customers.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with Partners.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
