Imdad is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Executive - Injectables Specialist to join our team in the Middle East region. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Aesthetic Injectables products to new and existing customers.

Job Description:

The Senior Product Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively promoting our products to customers and providing them with detailed information about our offerings compared to those of our competitors. Key responsibilities include coaching junior staff, scheduling appointments with customers, and performing direct face-to-face detailing of product benefits. Additionally, you will be required to generate sales orders, observe market trends, and run business unit activities in assigned clinics as needed. Your role will also involve acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing information about our products and technical methods of using them, and submitting weekly reports on sales activities and competitor movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach junior staff and provide them with information about market, customers, and products
  • Schedule appointments and meet existing and new customers to promote Imdad's product and determine other opportunities
  • Perform direct face-to-face detailing of product benefits with the objective of enlisting/include the product in the aesthetic clinic or medical center
  • Generate sales order while observing the product market share and running Imdad's injectables business unit activities in the clinic when needed
  • Act as the main point of contact and source of information about the products and technical methods of using it
  • Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor's activities/events and competitor's pricing changes and commercial policies in a timely manner
