About the RoleThe Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities through various channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting customers to generate business opportunities
- Greeting customers with good hospitality and qualifying them through proper questioning methods to understand their needs
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits in relation to customers' needs and interests
- Ensuring test drives for every customer after product presentation
- Maximizing every sales opportunity and building long-term business relationships with customers
- FOLLOWING up with all customers during the customer journey and post-delivery to create customer loyalty
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A solid understanding of the automotive industry and its latest technological advancements
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, convincing and negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities
- A comprehensive understanding of product range and ability to analyze customer needs
