Job Description

Welcome to the Sales Development – Chemistry Consumables role at Waters Corporation, where you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers in diverse markets. This position offers a great degree of flexibility, working either in a territory or market.

Your primary goal will be to demonstrate a clear understanding of the customers' business and growth plans, and use that knowledge to provide solutions and offerings from Waters that bring customer success. You will also maintain and develop existing customer relationships and identify new accounts. Regular visits to customers within your assigned territory are required, as well as organizing seminars and workshops at customer sites. Providing high-quality technical advice while maximizing sales potential is also key.

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, sound interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. A bachelor's degree in a scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry is essential, along with a strong technical background in analytical technologies and exposure in an HPLC laboratory.
