About the Role

The Sr Sales Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting sales activities and implementing marketing strategies. This dynamic position requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with sales teams to achieve business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Support: Providing customer-facing support, generating documents, and presenting solutions.
  • Application Consultancy Services: Offering technical assistance for light scattering, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometer applications.
  • Local Seminars and Marketing Events: Conducting or supporting solution demonstrations on customer sites and organizing local seminars and marketing events.
  • Business Development Programs: Planning, localizing, and implementing diversified programs according to program codes in related industries.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's, or PhD in a Scientific Field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Chromatography, preferably with Light Scattering, UPLC, Mass Spec, field sales, and/or marketing experience.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, well-prepared, and excellent time management skills.
  • Mature disposition, positive attitude, and strong sense of commitment.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong technical background in analytical technologies, particularly LC and MS.
