About the Role

As a Strategic Client Development Manager at United Beverage Company K.S.C.C, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the Food & Beverage Production industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in account management or sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
