Key Account Sales Professional

We are a leading logistics and security company seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities through a consultative approach to selling services and integrated solutions. This individual will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully generating revenue from new and existing client accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations that meet customer needs.
- Handle client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems to manage and track sales performance.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- A valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
- Kuwait residency/visa transferability is required.
- Prior outdoor sales experience is highly desirable.
