We are a leading logistics and security company seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities through a consultative approach to selling services and integrated solutions. This individual will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully generating revenue from new and existing client accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations that meet customer needs.
  • Handle client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems to manage and track sales performance.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • A valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
  • Kuwait residency/visa transferability is required.
  • Prior outdoor sales experience is highly desirable.
