About the Role

The Clinical Operations Support Coordinator will report to the Head of Department (HOD) to ensure departmental efficiency is maintained.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HOD in achieving and maintaining highly operational efficiency
  • Providing proper coordination in achieving departmental utilization of assets, including resources, space, and manpower
  • Coordinating the implementation of processes to enhance efficiency
  • Complying with hospital policies, guidelines, protocols, and regulations
  • Adhering to Taiba Hospital standards as outlined in the code of conduct and conflict of interest policies
  • Recognizing and respecting the limits of confidential information
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships
  • Supporting and respecting team members, communicating effectively, and demonstrating a commitment to the team
  • Demonstrating strong self-management skills, commitment, and flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes
  • Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect for all employees, teams, hospital employees, patients, and companions
  • Knowledge of and commitment to hospital policies, with emphasis on hospital administration-related policies and hospital work organization policies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma degree in the healthcare field or science is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital settings is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is preferred
  • Experience in hospital customer service is preferred
  • Customer service experience is preferred
