Executive Administrative Coordinator for ALECS Program

The Senior Management Specialist will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, or coordinate administrative services for a specific program
- Handle records and information management, mail distribution, travel planning, deployment operations, and other office support services
- Execute functional duties independently
- Distribute finished reports to clients and respond to client questions for further information
- Store, maintain, research, and retrieve records maintained by the organization
- Implement and maintain office systems, schedules, and calendars
- Handle incoming mail and material, set up and maintain file systems
- Collate information and maintain databases
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Five years of relevant experience
- Experience operating office equipment and managing office space
- Experience providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s)
- Experience preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
- Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with military or commercial government contracts
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel
- Ability to push, pull, and reach
- Ability to work in high noise areas
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and small parts
- Ability to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
The salary range for this position is approximately $ $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
