Hyatt seeks an Executive Events Coordinator.

This role is for an Assistant Manager - Outlet at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting, leading, motivating, and driving the Restaurant team.

A key responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational leadership skills with a proven track record in weddings. An instinctive eye for detail and a keen passion for quality and detail work are essential qualities required for this position.

You should also possess leadership qualities with a relentless and infectious passion for creativity and quality. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments will excel in this role.

Refined verbal communication skills (English & Arabic) are crucial for effective communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in computer skills is also necessary for managing tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the overall performance of the outlet
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of events
• Leading by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $45,000 based on industry standards and location.
