We are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team and drive sales growth through effective account management strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans to strengthen relationships with key HORECA clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong track record of success in managing HORECA clients and driving revenue growth in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Account Management
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to strengthen relationships with key HORECA clients.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the sector to expand market presence.
    • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Implement and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention.

Operational Excellence & Distribution Management

  • Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient product delivery and availability.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels and fulfillment processes.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key account activities.
  • Recommend corrective measures to enhance business performance and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of managing HORECA clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with sales forecasting tools.
