  • Welcome clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the front desk, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, and supporting administrative tasks.
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Facilitating seamless communication between departments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure are must-haves.
