The Job
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our growth by sourcing, closing, and maximizing revenue from new and existing partners. You'll focus on selling our SaaS software to restaurants, expanding our international reach, and collaborating with digital third-party integration apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Targets: Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads, meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Lead Generation and Acquisition: Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events, converting demo sessions into confirmed sales.
- Relationship Management: Establish relationships with new strategic partners and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential partners.
- CRM Proficiency: Use CRM systems to track projects and cases related to customers, ensuring meticulous tracking and reporting of sales activities.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and CRM insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Pipeline Generation: Proven ability to generate a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota.
- Skill Development: Complete training sessions on new product features and advanced sales techniques, achieving high scores on product knowledge assessments.
- Innovative Mindset: Foster a creative startup attitude, contributing innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, with fluency in other languages a plus.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a personal car for fieldwork.
- Independence: Self-starter able to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
