Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our resort-like sanctuary in Kuwait's heart. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accounts by mapping specific business and buying tendencies, maintaining organized and professional plans for correspondence and follow-up, and performing daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers. Additionally, they will promote awareness by providing presentations and personal sales calls, maintain communication/relationship with WSO network, as well as other FS hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goals, and coordinate all sales related activity through the director of sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs
- Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services
- Generate regular reports and reviews using sales and financial data
- Lead negotiations and address any concerns or objections
- Develop segment strategies and provide market insights
- Prepare and negotiate group proposals and terms

About You
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of previous experience in luxury hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills, with a proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability. They must also possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment, excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in the English language, second Arabic language is preferred, and excellent interpersonal skills.
