Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting customers through different channels to generate business opportunities. They will greet customers in a good manner, provide excellent hospitality, and qualify customers through proper questioning methods to understand their needs. The role requires demonstrating vehicle features and benefits in relation to customers' needs and interests, ensuring test drives are offered for every customer after product presentation. Additionally, they must maximize every sales opportunity and build long-term business relationships with all customers. Following up with customers during their journey and post-delivery is crucial to create a customer for life. The ideal candidate should be well-experienced in technology and social media, maintain awareness of the automotive industry and latest technology applied by competitors, and constantly improve and update knowledge of the product range. Problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver sales results within set time frames are essential. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction during the customer journey within the company is also critical.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, convincing and negotiation skills, communication skills, and analytical skills are required. Comprehensive skills in education, preferably an Intermediate Institute or University degree in Business Administration or Marketing, are preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or related to retail sales business is necessary.
