Admission Team Coordinator

International Hospital Kw is seeking a highly skilled Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Admission Officer who can provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth admissions processes, handling patient data, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage patient admissions, including updating patient data, verifying insurance information, and coordinating with healthcare teams.
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High university degree or suitable equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a similar position in a hospital setting.
- High proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of standard office practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.
